Cincy State bakers prepared & shared treats on National Donut Day

National Donut Day 2026, on June 5, 2026, put smiles on faces throughout the tri-state, thanks to donuts that were prepared at Cincinnati State’s Bakery Hill and shared with many in the community.

Bakery Hill chefs and students produced 54 dozen donuts–that’s a total of 648 tasty treats–for purchasing (helping to raise funds to support the local Salvation Army office) and for sharing.

Michael Whitley, Director of the Midwest Culinary Institute, delivered donuts to friends of the College including police and fire departments, community service providers, and local media.
