Some Middletown furniture & equipment is available, on request
Cincinnati State operations in Middletown will be moving to the Miami University Middletown campus in June, and the College will no longer occupy the building at 1 North Main Street in Middletown after June 30.
The Facilities Department is coordinating with deans, directors, and lab managers to plan for relocation of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FFE) to the Miami U Middletown location or to Clifton or another CState campus. The move will start June 20 and continue through June 27.
Not all items currently in use will be moved to the Miami U Middletown campus, so Facilities has provided an “FFE catalog” of items that are available to be moved, on request, to another campus location..
- Pages 6 to 10 of the catalog show many (but not all) of the items that are available.
- To request an item, please use the eForm available at https://web3.cincinnatistate.edu/eforms/eform.aspx?form_id=2126. Requests will be honored on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Anything requested to be moved from the North Main Street campus to another campus must have a specific location and purpose for re-use. Facilities does not the capacity to store items you might want to “save for later.”
- All items in the catalog are as listed, and the photos are for reference only.
- For instance, If the listed item is a table, only the table is available, even if the photo also shows chairs. If the listed item is a bookshelf, the item delivered will not include anything pictured on the shelves.
Not every example of FFE currently at the downtown Middletown campus is listed and pictured in the catalog. If you need a specific item not in the catalog, send an email message to Christine Barrow (christine.barrow@cincinnatistate.edu) to ask about availability. If the item is available, it will be included in the June moving plan.
