Over 360 students entered Vax Incentive prize drawing in opening days

Cincinnati State’s Vaccination Incentive Program for students started on Sep. 29 during the Student Health Fair, and by Oct. 4, more than 360 students had entered the drawing for weekly prizes.

A total of 213 students received $25 gift cards during the first three days of the incentive program, including 15 students who received their first dose of a COVID-19 vaccine during or after the Health Fair.

The first of 10 weekly prize drawings for the incentive program will take place Wednesday, Oct. 6.

  • Ten prizes of $100 will be awarded each week and one prize winner will receive $1,000.

  • A grand prize drawing for $10,000 will take place Dec. 15.

  • Prize winners will be notified by the Cincinnati State Provost’s Office.

Students can continue to enter the Incentive Program throughout Fall semester.

  • Fully vaccinated students should complete the “Vaccine Incentive” eForm (must be logged into MyCState to access the form) and can then pick up a $25 gift card at the Clifton Campus Library or the Middletown Campus Front Desk.

  • Students who receive their initial COVID-19 vaccination from an authorized provider also are eligible to receive a $25 gift card by bringing their vaccination card to the Library or the Middletown Front Desk.

Details on the Student Vaccination Incentive Program are available on the College website at https://www.cincinnatistate.edu/vax-incentive.

Planning for a Vaccination incentive Program for College employees is underway.
