Need to report a facilities problem? There’s an app for that.

The Facilities work request website, called Asset Essentials (also known as “Dude Solutions,” and by its previous name, “School Dude”) has a mobile app that allows you to report problems and request assistance from your phone.

After you download the app from your preferred app store, follow these steps:

For Client ID, type cincinnatistate (no spaces and all lowercase).
Log in using your Cincinnati State login name and password. (You might need to do this step twice.)
Click to download a guide for using the app and tracking your work requests.
