Ohio Gov. Mike DeWine, Lt. Gov. Jim Tressel, Michele O’Rourke, Kimm Lauterbach, and Pres. Posey in “Heart of Opportunity” panel discussion

On August 28, 2026, only a few days prior to her retirement, President Monica Posey joined Ohio Governor Mike DeWine and Lt. Governor Jim Tressel on their “Heart of Opportunity Tour” visit to Cincinnati.

The Governor’s statewide tour celebrated Ohio’s recognition as CNBC’s No. 1 State for Business and featured regional conversations that highlighted the partnerships, investments, and workforce strategies driving Ohio’s continued success.

Dr. Posey joined a panel discussion with the Governor and Lt. Governor, along with Kimm Lauterbach, President & CEO of REDI Cincinnati, and Michele O’Rourke, CEO of O’Rourke Wrecking Company.
