Business owners invited to join “10,000 Small Businesses” program: Apply by Oct. 15

Do you have a favorite small business that you would like to see grow?

If you do, let them know that Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses at Cincinnati State is accepting applications for Cohort 7, which will begin in January 2026. 

The deadline to apply is Wednesday, October 15, 2025.

Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses (10KSB) at Cincinnati State has been in operation since 2019. The nationally recognized program provides small business owners with access to education, capital, and a supportive network of entrepreneurs. The curriculum, delivered in partnership with top business schools, equips business owners with the tools needed to scale up and succeed.

Who Should Apply?

  • Owner or co-owner of a business
  • In operation for at least two years (by the time the cohort begins in January 2026)
  • Revenues of $75,000 or more in one of the past two fiscal years
  • Minimum of two employees, including the owner

Program Highlights:

  • 100% tuition-free, funded by the Goldman Sachs Foundation
  • One-on-one business advising and customized support
  • Curriculum focused on financials, negotiations, marketing, and leadership
  • A 5-Year Growth Plan to guide business strategy
  • A national alumni network of 16,000+ entrepreneurs
  • Proven results: 66% of alumni increase revenues and 44% create jobs within six months of graduating
