Faculty Excellence Award nominations due by Feb. 28
If you’re considering nominating a colleague for the House/Bruckmann Faculty Excellence Award or the Adjunct Faculty Excellence Award, remember that the nomination period for 2022 awards will end on Feb. 28, 2022.
- To submit nominations, use the online form links below.
- Awards will be presented in April of 2022.
House/Bruckmann Faculty Excellence Award:
- Two House/Bruckmann awards are presented annually.
- Any full-time, tenured Cincinnati State faculty member may be nominated for the award. However, award recipients from the past 5 years are not eligible and self-nominations are not accepted.

Adjunct Faculty Excellence Award:
- Up to five Adjunct Faculty Excellence Awards are presented annually, with no more than one per academic division.
- Any part-time College employee in a position of instruction; cooperative education, clinical or practicum coordination; or advising is eligible for nomination. Award recipients from the past 5 years are not eligible and self-nominations are not accepted.

Reminders for Submitting and Revising Nominations:
- You may revise or add to a previously-submitted nomination until Feb. 28, 2022, but you must use the same computer and browser you used to submit the original nomination. To submit a NEW nomination, you will need to clear your browser’s history OR use another computer or browser.
- When you type details on the nomination form, you’ll enter text into small textboxes with a limit of about 300 words. It’s recommended that you draft your nomination in an MS Word or text document, and then copy and paste the text into the nomination form.
