“1 Night, 12 Kitchens” returns on April 26
It’s not too late to get your tickets for the 2026 edition of 1 Night, 12 Kitchens, Cincinnati State’s premier culinary fundraising event, benefiting students at Cincinnati State’s Midwest Culinary Institute (MCI).
On Sunday, April 26, starting at 6 p.m., chefs from more than 25 local restaurants will prepare dishes alongside their culinary teams and MCI students, offering a wide range of savory and sweet “small bites” on three floors of the Advanced Technology & Learning Center (ATLC) building, which houses MCI’s state-of-the-art culinary labs.
Participating chefs represent many of the region’s leading restaurants and restaurant groups, including Jeff Ruby Culinary Entertainment, Sotto, Le Bar à Boeuf, Nicola’s, Nolia, Alfio’s Buon Cibo, Carmelo’s, Crown Restaurant Group, La Soupe, and National Exemplar, as well as many others.
Guests can also enjoy fine wines, local craft beers, and multiple live music options throughout the evening.

- General Admission tickets are $125 each and include access to MCI’s teaching kitchens, exceptional food to sample along with many beverage options, a silent auction, and more.
- Top Chef (VIP) tickets are $200 each and in addition to the General Admission items include an exclusive reception with chefs at the Summit Restaurant (starts at 5 p.m.), access to the Top Chef Lounge, valet parking, and more.
