Service Anniversary Awards presented to 45 employees
Forty-five Cincinnati State employees, representing over 600 total years of employment at Cincinnati State, were recognized for achieving milestones in their service to the College during the Service Anniversary Awards Celebration on March 2, 2026.
Karen Magness-Lewe, Senior Coordinator in the Registrar’s Office, received a prolonged standing ovation from the group of attendees in a tribute to Karen’s 40 years of service.
- Director of Human Resources Falonda Rodgers welcomed the attendees, introduced a group of employees who joined the College in the past year, and presented service award “gift bags” to those completing a milestone year.
- MCs Jesse Brown (Asst. Director, Financial Aid) and Tom Hale (Director, Middletown Campus) introduced each of the award recipients by sharing brief comments about their contributions to the College.
- A member of each milestone award group spoke briefly on behalf of their cohort.
Service Anniversary Award recognition goes to College employees who, during the past calendar year, completed a milestone year of continuous employment at Cincinnati State.
