Health Information Management students attended state conference for HIM professionals

Students in the Health Information Management (HIM) program at Cincinnati State had opportunities to network with more than 600 HIM professionals and students while attending the Ohio Health Information Management Association‘s Annual Conference in Columbus from March 18-20.

Students met potential employers, industry leaders, and other students from HIM programs around the state. Students also attended sessions to learn more about Federal and State privacy enforcement for patient data, health informatics, the healthcare revenue cycle, and other topics.
