“Grad Finale” event on Apr. 3 will help students prepare for graduation and beyond
Student Activities invites all members of the College community to the Grad Finale event on Wednesday, April 3, at “The Spot” near the Bookstore (on the ATLC First Floor).
The event will take place from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. and again from 4 to 5 p.m. At both sessions, graduating students will receive a graduation gift, and can enter a raffle for prizes including a gift basket worth more than $100.
All employees are welcome to stop by either Grad Finale session to enjoy popcorn and snacks, and congratulate our future Cincinnati State graduates!
At the Grad Finale, students can take care of tasks such as:
- Purchase your Commencement cap and gown from the Bookstore.
- Talk to a Registrar’s Office representative to make sure all needed graduation paperwork has been submitted and received.
- Chat with a Financial Aid advisor about financial aid-related questions.
- Get help from the Career Center with preparing a resume and getting ready for interviews, and check on available job openings.
- Learn from Transfer Center representatives how to maximize your credits if you’re thinking about continuing your education at another college or university.
- Talk to Cincinnati State Alumni, and purchase a CState graduate yard sign.
