Last day to use Purchase Requisition eForms is Mar. 1; new request system in Self-Service will be active starting Mar. 18

The College process used to make purchasing requests is changing from the current eForms to a new Purchasing/Procurement process in Self-Service.

• Friday, March 1, is the last day to submit a Purchase Requisition eForm. After the close of business on March 1, the Purchase Requisition eForm will not be accessible. (No other eForms will be affected.)
• If you need to make a purchase soon, please process your eForm by end-of-day on March 1. Otherwise, you’ll have to wait until March 18 to start your request using the new process.

Beginning March 18, the new Self-Service Purchasing/Procurement process will be available.

Virtual training sessions for the Self-Service Purchasing/Procurement process will be offered for several weeks, and are open to all interested employees.

• To attend any of the training sessions listed below, send a message to purchasing@cincinnatistate.edu. Include the day and time you plan to attend, and you’ll receive additional instructions.
• Sessions listed below will be canceled if no one signs up to attend.
• The training will not take a full hour, so you’ll have time to ask questions.

March 18-22

• Monday, March 18 – 10 to 11 a.m. and noon to 1 p.m.
• Tuesday, March 19 – 9 to 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. to noon
• Wednesday, March 20 – 10 to 11 a.m. and noon to 1 p.m.
• Thursday, March 21 – 9 to 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. to noon
• Friday, March 22 – 1 to 2 p.m. and 3 to 4 p.m.

March 25-29

• Monday, March 25 – 10 to 11 a.m. and noon to 1 p.m.
• Tuesday, March 26 – 9 to 10 a.m. and 11 a.m. to noon
• Wednesday, March 27 – 10 to 11 a.m. and noon to 1 p.m.
