Take a look at the Master Plan for Clifton Campus facilities during Common Time on Dec. 11

Faculty and staff members are invited to an in-depth review of the current version of the Master Plan for Clifton Campus during Common Time on Monday, December 11, from 3 to 4:30 p.m. in the Conference Center.

AJ Medina, Senior Architect with BHDP Architecture, will describe proposed plans for reconfiguring Clifton Campus facilities over the next 10 to 20 years, and seek feedback to be used as BHDP works on finalizing the plan.

The final version of the plan, including estimated costs for proposed changes, will be presented to the College Executive Team and the Board of Trustees in Spring Semester 2024.

At Common Time, attendees will first hear an overview of the plan, followed by opportunities to review and comment on large, on-paper diagrams showing before-and-after proposals for changes to buildings on Clifton Campus.

The Master Plan that will be shared at Common Time was presented to the College Facilities Committee on November 21, and summarized in a presentation to the Trustees on December 5.

Master Planning activities, which have been in process for several months, have examined how Clifton Campus is currently configured and how space is being used, prior to making recommendations for long-term future use of the campus facilities. A variety of stakeholders have participated in portions of the planning process.

This Common Time will be in-person only, and not recorded.
