I-75 / I-74 Construction Update – May 10-12

Some overnight restrictions are scheduled this week as part of highway construction projects.

• All scheduled work is contingent upon weather.
• To help ensure the safety of construction workers and the traveling public, motorists should remain alert, reduce their speed, and watch for stopped traffic while passing through the work zones.

Mill Creek Expressway Project

Wednesday, May 10:

• Single-lane closures on I-75 North and South, between Hopple Street and Mitchell Avenue, nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. Thursday, May 11.
• Single-lane closure on I-74 West from I-75 North to the I-75 South ramp, nightly between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. Thursday.
• Close the right lane on I-75 North to I-74 West, and the center lane on I-74 West from the I-75 overpass to just west of the southbound Beekman Street overpass, between 8 p.m. and 6 a.m. Thursday.
• Close the I-74 West exit ramp to Beekman Street from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. Thursday.

Thursday and Friday, May 11 and 12:

• Single-lane closures on I-75 North and South, between Hopple Street and Mitchell Avenue, nightly from 8 p.m. to 6 a.m. the following day.
