Service hours adjustments for Winter Break (Dec. 19-22 & Jan. 3-13)

Announced changes to hours of operations for College services during the weeks of Dec. 19-22, Jan. 3-6, and Jan. 9-13 are below.

Parking in College garages and gated lots is free until Jan. 17, 2023 (gates are open).

Academic Division Offices – Open 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday-Friday

Academic advising for the week of Dec. 19-22:

  • BTD & EIT – Appointments only – call or schedule via Starfish
  • H&S – Appointments only (will schedule same day if available) – call or schedule via Starfish
  • HPS – Same-day phone sessions, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. – Call or join queue via Starfish

Academic advising for the week of Jan. 3-6

  • BTD & EIT – Walk-ins, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. For appointments, call or schedule via Starfish
  • H&S – Walk-ins (includes Zoom and phone), 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Some appointments available during and after walk-in period – call or schedule via Starfish
  • HPS – Same-day phone sessions, 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Mon-Thurs – Call or join queue via Starfish. Appointments available on Friday.

Academic advising on Jan. 7 (New Student Welcome Day)

  • BTD, EIT, H&S – Walk-ins 11 a.m.-noon
  • HPS – Same-day phone sessions

Library:

  • Dec. 19-22 – Open 8 a.m to 4 p.m.
  • Jan 3-7:  Closed
  • Jan. 9-13 – Open 8 a.m to 4 p.m.
  • Jan. 14 – Closed
  • Jan. 17 – Library Spring hours begin (Monday-Thursday 8 a.m. to 9 p.m., Friday 8 a.m. to 4 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.)

Disability Services:

  • Dec. 20 – Open 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Student Activities:

  • Dec. 22 – Open 9 a.m. to noon
  • Jan. 3-6 – Open 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.
  • Jan. 7 – Open 9 to 11:30 a.m.
  • Jan. 9-13, Jan. 17-20, & Jan. 23 – Open 9 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Surge Cupboard:

  • Dec. 20-22, Jan. 3-5, and Jan. 10-12 – Open noon to 3 p.m.

Food Services:

  • Bakery Hill – Closed Dec. 19 through Jan. 16
    • Bakery Hill resumes regular hours on Jan. 17 (Monday-Friday, 7:30 to 11:30 a.m.)
  • Overlook Cafe – Dec. 19-22, Jan. 3-6, and Jan. 9-13 – Open Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., and Friday, 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
    • The Overlook resumes regular hours on Jan. 17 (Monday-Thursday, 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., and Friday, 11 a.m. to 2 p.m.)
