Giving Challenge isn’t over yet… and you can contribute by enjoying a Pastry Buffet (or a beer!) on Dec. 13

Today, December 9, is closing day for the Annual Fund Giving Challenge… but it’s not to late to turn in your pledge form, or to buy a ticket for the Pastry Buffet presented by the Business Division on Tuesday, December 13.

Chef Betsy LaSorella and students in the Pastry Buffet and Design class offer a unique experience for lovers of fine-crafted pastries and candies… and this year, 20 tickets are available (at $20 each), giving guests the opportunity to sample a wide selection of beautiful and flavorful treats, while contributing to the Annual Fund campaign.

The Pastry Buffet will take place twice on Dec. 13– from 11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 7 to 8:30 p.m.

During the evening session, you also can enjoy beer provided by Brewing Science students. No ticket is needed; a donation of $5 per beer is suggested.

Pastry Buffet tickets are limited to 1 per person, and carry-out is not permitted.

To purchase a ticket for the Pastry Buffet, contact Nadine Christman, Lauren Todd, or Paula KirchSmith, in the Business Division Office, Main Building Room 330.

Remember that other options offered by Giving Challenge teams are still available as well.
