Common Time on May 2 examines PACE survey results

Apr 29, 2022

At Common Time on Monday, May 2, the College’s Institutional Research team will summarize findings from the most recent PACE (Personal Assessment of the Campus Environment) Campus Climate Survey.

Cincinnnati State employees responded to the survey in Fall 2021.

Common Time is from 3 to 4 p.m., and is open to all College employees.

You can connect to Common Time on Zoom at https://cincinnatistate-edu.zoom.us/j/86243465337?pwd=WXZaN3NEVHNmbFRSYUJOb0JmRkpPUT09.

  • The PACE survey is conducted every three years at Cincinnati State. PACE is a nationally-normed survey facilitated by the independent Belk Center for Community College Leadership and Research, located at North Carolina State University.

  • The PACE survey asks employees to examine five elements of a community college’s organizational culture: Institutional Structure, Student Focus, Supervisory Relationships, Teamwork, and Overall Climate.

Because Monday is the last day of the semester, the presentation will be recorded for viewing at your convenience. Also, follow-up activities will be planned for Fall Semester.

After the PACE presentation, President Monica Posey will share information about her social media accounts and why she’s seeking more followers for these accounts.

  • And if you stay connected until the end of the Common Time session, you could be a winner of a Starbucks gift card!
