Be alert for cyber attacks

Many government agencies and private organizations are urging the public to remain on high alert for cyber-attacks because of the current situation in the Ukraine and Russia.

Please be cautious if you encounter:

  • Unfamiliar attachments and links in email messages.

  • Links in text messages from contacts you don’t know.

  • Requests for you to verify your identify via multi-factor authentication when you aren’t actively logging in.

  • Email messages asking for your bank or credit card information, or your username and password.

If you receive a communication and you’re unsure about it, contact the ITS Helpdesk at (513) 569-1234.
