Webinar series examines the changing professor/student dynamic
Many organizations continue to offer programs that may be of interest to Cincinnati State faculty and other members of the College community.
The Chronicle of Higher Education is offering a free monthly webinar series, “Talking About Teaching,” starting Friday, Jan. 28, from 2 to 3 p.m.
The first session examines “The Changing Professor-Student Dynamic” with topics including:
- How to design a course that treats students as whole people, without lowering standards.
- How to bring your “new self” to the classroom after your experience of the past two years.
- Finding community with other instructors grappling with these challenges.
Registered participants who can’t attend at the scheduled time will receive a recording of the session.
