Webinar for employees examines “Mindfulness for Stress Management”

The Cincinnati State Employee Assistance Program facilitated by Tri-Health is offering a webinar open to all Cincinnati State employees on “Mindfulness for Stress Management.”

The 60-minute webinar will “identify how being more mindful can reduce the effects of short-term and chronic stress” and includes an opportunity to experience the benefits of mindfulness through a guided meditation.

Two sessions are offered:
  • Wednesday, June 16, from 10 to 11 a.m.
  • Thursday, June 24, from noon to 1 p.m.
