Webinar examines post-pandemic Active Learning

Many organizations are continuing to offer programs that may be of interest to Cincinnati State faculty and other members of the College community.

The Chronicle of Higher Education is offering a free virtual event titled “Active Learning for a Post-Pandemic World” on Tuesday, May 18, starting at 2 p.m.

• The 75-minute panel discussion will examine active learning in virtual classrooms and the relationship of technology and active learning.
   
• Panel members include:
• Lindsay Masland, Director of Faculty Professional Development, Appalachian State University
   
• Eric Mazur, Professor of Physics, Harvard University
   
• Chandralekha Singh, Director, Discipline-Based Science Education Research Center, University of Pittsburgh
