Webinar offers help with assignment makeovers to enrich instruction
Many organizations offer free training programs that may be of interest to Cincinnati State faculty and other members of the College community.
GoReact, a company that provides video feedback software, is offering a free webinar titled “Mastering Assignment Makeovers: Strategies to Enrich Instruction,” on Tuesday, Sep. 26, starting at noon.
The webinar, led by educator and author Derek Bruff, will share strategies on mastering assignment makeovers to enrich instruction and learning. Topics include:
- Pitfalls with traditional assignments and assessments and how to phase them out
- How technology can enable more meaningful learning
- Ways to design assignments and assessments that demonstrate student knowledge and skills
