Condolences to the family of David Ballinger

David “Dave” Ballinger, who served as the College’s Academic Vice President and in other roles from the 1970s until 1989, died January 25, 2023.

Prior to becoming Academic Vice President of Cincinnati Technical College, Mr. Ballinger was a faculty member in Health and later Dean of Health, and he also was the College’s Registrar for several years. He served as Interim President in 1989 prior to his retirement from the College.

A Mass of Christian Burial will take place on Friday, Feb. 3, at 10 a.m. at Saint Veronica’s Catholic Church, 4473 Mt. Carmel Tobasco Rd., Cincinnati, followed by a Celebration of Dave’s Life at the Groesbeck Estate in the Cincinnati Nature Center, 4949 Tealtown Rd., Milford.
