    • Recognition of adjunct instructor Dave Hatter, who received the “Kentucky City Official of the Year” award in his role as Mayor of Fort Wright, KY
       
    • Report on the water main break and activities for recovery of Main Bldg.
      • Main Bldg is expected to be back to full operation for Summer Semester 2021
      • Assessment is underway to determine if it will be possible to return some classes to lab rooms in A and B Wings sometime during Spring Semester 2021
      • Travelers Insurance had an inspection team on-site on Oct. 22. Documentation of recovery costs is continuing but Travelers has provided an advance payment to the College to cover some immediate equipment replacement costs.
         
    • Financial presentation including results of Fiscal Year 2020 Audit report
       
    • Resolutions concerning:
      • Request to the State for Procurement Flexibility because of the Main Bldg emergency (Approved by the Board)
      • Termination of the College’s agreement with Higher Education Partners (HEP) related to costs of operating the Middletown Campus. The College will receive an up-front payment and rent-free use of the building for 3 years. (Approved by the Board)
      • Contracts including some Main Bldg recovery costs and an allocation of $500,000 of CARES Act funds for employee computers (Approved by the Board)
         
    • Report on academic quality assurance including:
      • Update on Completion Plan Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
      • Report on a new partnership between the College and the Health Collaborative of Greater Cincinnati to provide Medical Assistant training for health system workers
         
    • President’s Report including Fall Enrollment report
       
    • Board Chair Report and recognition of Trustee Bob Ringel, who is ending his term on the Board after more than 10 years of service to the College
